Vision Fitness E3200 Upright Exercise Bike with Deluxe Console

Vision Fitness E3200 Upright Exercise Bike with Deluxe Console John Lewis says:

The Vision Fitness E3200 exercise bike uses an ECB-PlusTM magnetic resistance system and a larger 24lbs flywheel for the smoothest possible resistance changes. The E3200 bike also features the brand’s Quiet-GlideTM drive system with a larger 8-ribbed Poly-V belt, resulting in a longer drive system life span. It has multi-position handlebars with armrests for extra comfort. With Deluxe console: The Deluxe console is designed for the user who wants more specialised programs, but doesn’t need every top-of-the-range feature. The blue backlit LCD screen offers 20 levels of resistance, a reading rack with MP3 holder, and 7 programs including the exclusive SPRINT 8 20-minute aerobic workout. It has a Quick Start button for single-touch adjustments while working out and displays: resistance level, RPM, time, distance, heart rate, calories, speed, watts, METs and % max heart rate. Beside the standard handlebar with contact heart rate, the Deluxe enables you to monitor your heart rate using a chest belt. Safety Warning: Before starting a new exercise programme we recommend you consult your doctor or other professional medical adviser
