Vision Fitness E3200 Upright Exercise Bike with Premier Console

Vision Fitness E3200 Upright Exercise Bike with Premier Console John Lewis says:

The Vision Fitness E3200 exercise bike uses an ECB-PlusTM magnetic resistance system and a larger 24lbs flywheel for the smoothest possible resistance changes. The E3200 bike also features the brand’s Quiet-GlideTM drive system with a larger 8-ribbed Poly-V belt, resulting in a longer drive system life span. It has multi-position handlebars with armrests for extra comfort. With Premier console: The Premier console is loaded with 18 programs including 5 custom user programs, 3 interactive heart rate programs, 3 goal programs and the exclusive SPRINT 8 20-minute aerobic workout. The blue backlit LCD screen displays: resistance level, RPM, time, distance, heart rate, calories, speed, watts, METs and % max heart rate. The Premier is built with a Quick Start button for single-touch adjustments while working out, 20 levels of resistance and an integrated reading rack. Beside the standard handlebar with contact heart rate, the Premier enables you to monitor your heart rate using a chest belt. Safety Warning: Before starting a new exercise programme we recommend you consult your doctor or other professional medical adviser
