With Simple console: The Simple console has a large LCD screen with 7 pre-set programs, a Quick Start button for a speedy start, and 16 levels of resistance. The Simple console displays: watts, time, distance, calories, RPM, program, level and heart rate. It also features an integrated reading rack and a Polar Chip Receiver, so you can monitor your heart rate without holding on to the hand grips.
